What Is My WHY?
My "WHY" is simple. I grew up on a farm with dogs, cats, horses and a great family, but taking photos never crossed our minds. I look back now and realize I am missing artwork in my home of those fond memories from years ago. I have only a few polaroids of my favorite dachshund, Sam and wish I had at least one piece of artwork on my wall of when he was a pup or when he was sitting at the family table at one of his silly birthday parties! I realized after my pets made the Rainbow Bridge journey that I had no photos of our time together and it was now too late.
I DO NOT just photograph dogs! If you have a pet that is your absolute BEST FRIEND whether he/she is a DOG, CAT, HORSE, BIRD, FISH, IGUANA, RABBIT OR EVEN A SNAKE, your pet deserves to be honored and your Best Friend's pawfect moments preserved. I'm located outside the City of Livingston, Texas. I have always enjoyed time with my pets. I feel it is so important to capture the fun & joy of those fleeting moments in our pet's life. Miilestones-such as bringing your pet home, your pet's first "Gotcha Day" & it is sad to think about, but your pet's senior years. The memories will always be in your heart, but what will you do when the memories start to fade? I would love to be the person to bring those memories back to life with heirloom wall art!
Am I The Pawfect Photographer For You and Your PET?
If you are anything like me, your pet is your life, and you treat your pet like Royalty. I realize how important your pet is to you and at my Pawfect Moments Session, your pet's safety is my number one concern. I do not schedule sessions back-to-back so there will be no rushing to complete a session. When you arrive for your session, we will have as much time as your pet needs to get properly acquainted with me and feel comfortable with my camera gear and the surroundings. Your session with your pet will be FUN, RELAXING & STRESS FREE. It is always wonderful to get that pawfect pose, but I will not force your pet to do anything he/she is not willing or comfortable doing. If sitting is not going to happen, NO WORRIES, I will get that pawfect moment while your pet is standing. If your pet gets anxious, we will take a break whether it is for 10 minutes or longer. A fun and laid-back session is a sure-fire way to make your pet feel at ease and get those pawfect moments that you will cherish forever. Also, if you want to get in on the photo fun, I don't mind getting moments that express the bond you have with your pet.
I do not have a studio. My dog sessions are held outdoors. I love capturing dogs in their natural surroundings, where they are most comfortable. Imagine capturing those special moments of your dog playing with his/her favorite toy, running toward you with his or her magical smile or just sitting by the lake.
At the end of our time together, we will have a Viewing & Ordering Session to unveil and gush over the moments we captured of your pet and how you would like to have them displayed in your home.
My goal for our time together is a fun session capturing your pet's unique personality by CAPTURING THOSE PAWFECT MOMENTS and after the session having a great time deciding how you want to display those moments in your home with heirloom Artwork that will last a lifetime!
